WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items will ship within 3-5 business days and tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note tracking numbers will need 24 hours after ship time to activate. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may receive a store credit or exchange if the item is shipped to be returned within 21 days of delivery date. Returns are subject for to a $3.95 return shipping fee if you use our return shipping label. 

All sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For sanitary reasons earrings are final sale. If your item is defective please contact us with pictures at shophangerboutique@gmail.com. 

For returns please email us at ShopHangerBoutique@gmail.com with the below information:

  • Item number or name
  • Reason for return
  • Tracking number (if shipping it back yourself)
  • Picture (For damaged items)

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SOLD OUT?

Typically we are unable to restock most of our items. You can contact us via email with the item number and description to see if restock is available.

 HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. You will also get a tracking number where you can get status updates on your order. If you are having complications please e-mail us at ShopHangerBoutique@gmail.com.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we typically are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed. If you reach us before the order is packaged we will try our best to make the changes!
